“Very well run company we were delayed coming home by two hours -didn’t cause any problems Great idea having the shuttle bus to and from the airport. We have used you for the last four years and will continue to do so”

“Not really nice people no organisation over there mess Next time better pay more and have real parking waiting around 30 mins to pick up then for my car another 10 ehh disappointed never again.”

“Used these for many year and had no problems, this year we’re not sure if greed took over as not as good as normal. Waited to be collected at Liverpool airport and there were 29 other people waiting for an 8 seater mini bus. Hence a long delay!”

“Service is not as described on the website, you are not dropping your car at a car park but at an industrial unit, they then take it somewhere else unspecified to be parked for the duration of your trip. I was unhappy with this arrangement and requested a refund, which was refused.”

“£5 taxi charge in cash. Says this nowhere and had to wait 40 minutes for a 1 mile taxi. Won't be using again”

“Was very skeptical at first as looks quite daunting, but absolutely fantastic customer service, very quick check in and transfer was ready almost immediately even on way back from airport at 2 in morning quick call and they where on there way. No issues with parking car or collecting car. Will 100% use again.”
