“This is a great alternative to airport parking at the airport, literally 4 mins in the coach. The staff are really good buckle is promptly delivered used for over ten years five times a year”

“Drop off 6 minute walk from terminal. On return Car seat and steering column had been adjusted and not put back. Another 6 minute walk to shuttle bus in the dark in between parked cars on my own. I am an 83 year old lady and was quite scared. When speaking to manageress was treated very rudely and told I was nit picking and not to bother using them again. Dreadful company. Was told the next day that if I wanted to be dropped off at the front of terminal I had to pay another £5 at the depot. My son had had a similar bad experience with this company. Do not use them.. office manager needs to go on a customer service course.”

“Used in2 many times now and always been fine. Couldn't believe the amount of 1 star reviews until I tried to arrange pickup. Waited 45 minutes to be collected from the airport. Despite numerous phone calls to the office I was constantly told 'he's on his way' which I find hard to believe since it's a 3 minute drive back to their office. Waited so long I had to send my mother in law home in a taxi because it was so cold which defeated the whole object. Driver arrived, no clue there had been a delay. Back to office to pick up my keys, no apology. Just lost a regular customer.”

“The whole process was nice and easy, drop off was simple, we were taken to the airport in a taxi, our bags loaded for us, then pick up was just the same, collected from the airport, dropped at the office, collected my keys and off we went. 100% will use again!”

“Very pleased to see no more mileage on my clock. Only slight negative was time waited for transport on return journey. Mainly because after Spain it was freezing and windy!!”

“Service was ok going out. The only issue was on our return. I called the number and advised that myself and my friend needed picking up. We were two parties of 5. A minibus turned up but couldn't fit us all in. The driver suggested that he take the two drivers back and they could pick up their vehicles and return to the airport for their passengers. I suggested he take my party and return for the others. He ended up taking my party of 5 and my friend who then had to return to the airport to pick up the rest of his party. Not really what we paid for.”

“I paid £10 and waited over 30 minutes to be picked up from the yellow submarine to be told I shouldn't be there and go to the drop off point I refused and finally I got picked up people should be told you no longer drop off there instead off taking money off people”

“We have used in2carparks for years . usually 3/4 times a year . Or only complaint is not being taken in to or picked up in the carpark nearer to the entrance,, we offered to pay both ways but told they were to busy, with having walking difficulties due to heart conditions its to far to walk from where they drop of , we might need to change where we park in future which is a shame .”
