“All the staff are friendly and helpful, drop off over the road from the main entrance. Waited about 5 minutes for pick and car was ready and waiting to go.”

“Good service, and not much waiting at drop off and pick-up. We were charged £5 extra when delivering car due to airport drop off charges - we were told due to recent works at the airport. I assume this was a one off.”

“We just used in2 car parks for a recent holiday and had an excellent service. We arrived at 4am for a flight, I was worried we would have to wait around but the driver was there ready. He helped load up all of our bags and took us straight to the drop off car park. On the way back similar experience, there was a mini bus already waiting this was lucky as we had loads of bags plus a bike bag which got in no problem. I was also glad they use the drop off car park (yellow submarine) as this is 5 pound charge to enter the deal was they paid at drop off and we paid at pick up, no problem as I'd rather use that, as with all our luggage and young children makes the free car park too far for us. So overall I was very happy and would use again, I was worried we would be waiting around but wasn't the case at all, I think it was quicker than if I'd parked long stay which can be far from the terminal (as well as twice the price).”

“On arrival we were met with a member of staff driving a customer’s car fast and erratically, and we had to swerve to avoid him! The attitude of the staff was disgraceful - rude and dismissive of poor driving! I have an electric car and I specifically asked for it not to be moved so the mileage range would be preserved. It moved 4 times while we were away, and my electric range had reduced by over 100 miles due to them leaving the car open! Would not use these people again.”

“Dropping the car off was such a faff. No one was in the office and so wasn't able to do anything other than wait around for some one to get back. We were there for 3quaters of an hr waiting and getting stuff sorted. One of the fellas was OK, another one was rude snappy and horrible. Picking the car up was a lot simpler and straight forward. Although the lady on the phone hung up on us when I was trying to find out where to go for waiting for the bus. I don't get the extra charge of £5 when at the office either for the barriers at the airport!! Shouldn't that of already been included in the parking charges that I'd paid. £5 off everyone for barriers is so craffy. There was no damage done to the car though like previous reviews have said. Car was given back to me same way I'd handed it in and was all ready and sorted for us when I got back. Overall it's a big of a mixed review. Previous use of here I'd of given 5 stars but this time around was such a different experience I'm not sure what to think.”

“Arrived and parked car just through the entrance dropped off the keys in the office and confirmed the booking and was tthen taken to the airport pretty much immediately by minibus It took about 5 to 10 minutes. The staff were pleasent and will use again Thankyou”

“Early hour drop off with car but didnt expect to wait over 45 mins to be collected and then dropped off at the airport. Also didnt expect to be charged £5 per family on the day to put towards the airport barrier. Why is this not included in the charge at the start instead of paying cash.”

“The car park and journey to the airport were fine. We were not informed about the extra £5 cash until we were on our way to the airport. On our return we had to wait nearly an hour and the driver was rude, we had no assistance to put the luggage into the vehicle.”
