“The whole experience was a positive one up until we got dropped off at the airport. We were left with a very long walk to the terminal, carrying very heavy bags. Nowhere was this mentioned in any of the correspondence with your company.”

“Cheap compared to airport carparks. Thats the only advantage of this carpark. Droping off your car its the easiest part. From here you are on the mercy of grumpy driver who is trying to squeeze as much people in one van as possible. When they short staffed you will have to wait for your turn to get to airport. Same goes for picking up from the airport plus waiting few minutes for other car park users to arrive. Drop off at the airport located at the end of long stay car park, its quite a walk if you have kids and luggage. You will save some £££ for sure. But is it worth it? Its up to you.”

“Drop of was fine pick up was a nightmare new pickup point was never told then waited nearly an hour to be picked up before giving up and getting an taxi to the office to get my car they tried to blame it on cancelled flights arriving this was 2 am and all flights are shown on the log”

“I'm not one for writing negative reviews, but feel I need to be honest with the company and potential customers. Drop off point too far from airport terminal, 10 min walk in the rain. Pick up was not good at all!! Again another 10 min walk, it was pouring down with rain, about 30 people waiting and only one 8 seater minibus, which was a 20 minute turnaround!!! So in the end some of us got a taxi and returned with our cars to collect the families. A poor show which is s shame as it has so much potential. Nothing like any of the airport park and rides we've used over the last 30 years at multiple airports. Sorry, but I'll never use this company again. For your sake guys, please sort out your customer service.”

“Fantastic service with Kind friendly staff, we was at the airport with 20 minutes of arriving and we got picked up on the early hours within 10 minutes of leaving the airport.”

“Very reliable service however, they no longer accept £5 to drop off at the entrance to the airport. They will now only transport to the short stay car park, although this is only a short walk away, this can be inconvenient when the weather has been bad.”
