“We use this outstanding parking facility every time we fly from Liverpool. All the staff are great, the drivers are helpful, cheerful and give a 5 star performance, EVERY-time !.. We always pay the fee imposed by the airport and are dropped off by the Yellow submarine, not far from the entrance. Only 5 mins journey from the parking to drop-off, if you havn't tried them yet...book them now... A very happy parker with a very expensive car that I trust them with !”

“Difficult to locate.Drop off point is too far from the airport, and we were drenched on our return.You need to negotiate a more suitable drop off/pick up point.Staff were great and obliging. Hope this helps.”

“We have used in2carparks many times, we have noticed a big increase in price for a 2 week stay, and we now have to pay extra to be dropped off and picked up in the car park at the airport, which adds £10 00 to the total cost. The alternative being to walk from a bus stop a good half a mile away, that said the service they provide is good, although they can be late in picking up !! The drivers are very helpful and polite.”

“Whole experience was good. No problem finding it or the parking procedure. Only disappointing thing was when we arrived back at Liverpool Airport we had to wait about 45 minutes to be picked up to be taken back to car park. After a delayed flight & a long queue at Passport control this was not appreciated.”

“When getting picked up it was a free for all to get on bus. Really it should be names called for people who rang first for pick up. No order for passengers to board bus. Passengers left behind who had been waiting 20 mins.”

“Really helpful and friendly service would definitely recommend! Sat nav address isn't quite right but there are instructions on your email and if you ring them they're really good at directing you. Also I managed to leave my passport back in my car I rang them and they got it to me lightning fast. Thank you for your 5 star customer service. I wish more places were like this...”
