“1st and last time used. On arrival we were taken into the airport and asked to pay £5 which we did. On return we were told to follow the red path and we would be collected. I am disabled and find walking very difficult and had no idea how far I would need to walk. Made 4 phone calls to ask for help and nobody picked up. Returned to the terminal to get a taxi to the car park as I was exhausted. Phoned again and got an answer and was told to go to the bus stop opposite the yellow submarine and I would be collected. I had to pay £5 and it was worth it. Why wasn't this offered first of all? Why isn't £10 added to the cost of parking and then the pick up would be close to the terminal. The pick up procedure was not explained properly. Will never use again and will never recommend.”

“It's the first time we used in2car parks and found them reasonable priced and very conveniently placed for John Lennon Airport approximately 7/8 minutes away. Prompt delivery and collection. Would recommend.”

“Was deemed unfit to fly by doctors as a result of an accident that happened to me a week before the flight. Emailed them a few days prior to see if we could cancel parking at all. No reply whatsoever, customer service non-existent.”

“The service was excellent booked vehicle in transported over to airport straight away when we arrived back at airport phoned office and driver arrived about 15 minutes or so to pick us up can't fault the service at all”

“All went very well. Droped car off. Transported to airport 5mins later. Similar coming back. Waited 10mins for pickup. I would definitely use them again.”

“Great service. Left car at drop off point, picked up within 2 mins, taken to airport journey time less than 10 mins. On return, phoned for pickup, walked to pickup point, van arrived in about 2 mins, collected car about 10 mins after that. All this cost about half as much as leaving the car in an airport car park.”

“Have used a few times and can't fault this company plane was delayed by over an hour for my pick up time was no problem with the company rearranged pick up at no additional charges. Definitely 5 STAR”

“Was flying from Liverpool Airport and in2carpark was recommended by my cousin. Easy to find with clear directions. Parked up and was at airport in under 10 minutes. On returning I called them and by the time we arrived at pick up point 2/3 minute walk the bus was there. Excellent service and staff will definitely use them again”

“Did not know I had to leave my car keys and was really disappointed where we were dropped off in the car park. It was far too long a walk with heavy cases surely we could've been dropped off near the airport”
