“Horrible horrible experience from start to finish. Didn't have baby chair even when my wife specifically left ours for them to use on return. Very very rude driver. Was driving on red lights with a 3yo and 5mo in the back of the van. Didn't pick up phone when we landed for 40+minutes so ended up waiting more than an hour. Would not recommend and would not use anymore.”

“1st time using In2carparks and would defo use again, clse to theairport and prompt pick up on our return, my only gripe is they need to include the £5 charge for drop off area airport charge, 4 couples at £5 each 200% covers the fee ????”

“Firstly be aware that when you arrive you are told that you have to pay £5 towards the airport drop off fee. This is not made clear on booking and a bit late to be informing you when you drop off your car. The drop off was ok, the van was waiting and we quickly got to the airport. Return was a different matter. We were a party of 4 older ladies. I phoned as soon as we collected our luggage. A young girl answered and told us to go and wait at the express drop off car park. It was a large car park and there were no signs for taxi/car park pick up points. There were lots of people waiting in various areas so we picked a place where our group could be seen. We waited and watched as the other people were being collected. We finally saw the van pull in at the opposite end of the car park to where we were waiting and started to load passengers. My friend ran over and was told the other van was on it's way. Again we waited and waited, so I called again. The girl asked if we had gone to the express drop off and I told her we had and the van had been and picked up passengers. I was told that the van picks up whoever calls first but the driver was on his way back to get us. So they only had the one driver. When he finally arrived there were 3 others that he collected too and we were the only ones left in the car park. Our group had been waiting close to 45 minutes. When I went to collect my car key I suggested to the young girl, who looked about 17yrs old, that maybe it would be better if they were a little more specific about where to wait as the car park was large. Instead of a "yes, we'll take that on board", whether they would or not, I was told that the van is clearly marked with their name (a small A4 sized sticker on the bonnet) and the driver gets out and calls the name, which he didn't. I said it was just a suggestion as we didn't know where he was going to stop, the attitude started and she replied that we should have known from when we were dropped off. The fact that we were dropped off at 5 in the morning in the dark escaped her. Customer service training seems to be warranted. I will say the driver was pleasant enough. I would not use these again, due to additional payment, long waiting time and rude staff. I'm just glad it was not raining as there was no shelter.”
