“Driver left me with my childrens 4and 7 years old wait for another van,about 1am... He should take first family with childs!!!! But he pick up adults first... not nice”

“The service we received was first class on both arrival there & our departure. We were dropped at the airport very quickly & only had. Minimal wait for the bus to collect us when we landed back at Liverpool airport. Thank you”

“Easy to use, unfortunately car was covered in bird droppings down passenger side, but then comes with being parked outside. Would of been appreciated to receive the car in the condition it was dropped off. Not expecting a valet, but just not pleasant seeing the car like that.”
