“Overall good, outbound drop off of car and trip to airport good and prompt. Inbound bit of a wait, very busy apparently, perhaps needed two buses. Would like to have been picked up at airport drop off / pick up point but this would have increased the wait time. All staff pleasant ,polite and cheerful. Would recommend service.”

“We decided to park with these guys for a holiday we had planned for my birthday. Initially, we struggled to find the car park as the google maps took us to the business park but we could not find the lot they were based on. In terms of parking the car and being transported to the airport, we had no issues. Our biggest issue was with the staff, who we found rude. We arrived at the car park and were told off for not putting the times of our flights on the booking (we assumed it was like any other car park where you park your car for the allotted time you book and then pick it up when you arrive- hence why we booked the entire day rather than our flight times- in case there was any delays. In the middle of this explanation, the man spoke over me and said ‘nope, put your times in correctly otherwise it f*cks it up for us. They then handed me a piece of paper and said ‘ring this number when you arrive back and we will pick you up. When we arrived back, we rang said number, and after they were made aware of our arrival, they put the phone down (or so they thought). While they thought they had put the phone down, I heard of them call me a tw*t. We were then picked up from the airport and taken back to the car park. When we arrived at the car park, without saying a word, the guy driving the car, got out the car and walked off without saying a word. Overall, in terms of parking the car and being dropped at the airport, the service is quite satisfactory. The customer service is what lets it down. Would probably book at the actual airport next time”

“I wasn't aware at the time of booking that the drop off and pickup point was in the free car park, situated 10 mins walking distance away for me. Obviously some can do it quicker but for some it would be very difficult. Fortunately it wasn't raining so at least we were able to keep dry. Had the rain been falling we would have been soaked before we got to the terminal. An option would be to use the yellow submarine car park on the condition that the clients paid the extra charge. On a return trip it would add an extra £10 but would still be cheaper than parking on airport. We only had a 5 mins wait on our return but when we arrived at the office our car wasn't immediately available and the keys took a bit of finding. Not a big problem for us but it probably added an extra 20 mins waiting time for passengers at the airport.”

“Prompt service with the drop off and pick up. The mini bus was slightly high for my elderly mother to get in and out. They provided a stepping stool to assist. We will definitely use their service again.”
