“We had difficulty finding the car park, but it was our first visit and was 3am. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Our only criticism is, that it was quite a distance to walk to the airport from the drop off point, and would not have been pleasant if raining. Having said this, we will definitely use In2CarParks again.”

“the car parking is Ok and have used it several times. Has someone in my 70's not owning a mobile phone it would help if the email address on the web site was answered seemingly no one in the office looks at emails anymore. In my case, I wanted to warn the carpark of a 3-day. delay in picking the car up”

“Just found a little scratch at the rear bumper but the rest was excellent, quick pick up and drop off, 5 minutes walk from the terminal.”

“It's a no-frills parking option but does everything you need it to do very well. Only a few mins drive to the Airport Gave us an option to drop off outside the airport for a £4 charge (covers the airport parking) or at the drop off point about 4 to 5 mins walk Quick collection when we arrived back and again option for where to be collected As I say, no frills but cheapest about and does everything you need. I would definitely use them again”

“a bit of a wait for the collection on arrival and the driver did another round when he left the car park to collect another person. I guess if I was that person, that's exactly what I'd want :) it was good to see the car ready to go, overall your service is good value for money. I will use again. Btw, some fields on this form are not applicable!”

“Bit of a walk from drop off and same for return journey especially for peoe with walking difficulties,we personally would prefer to pay drop off fee than having to walk a fair distance, otherwise good friendly service”
