“Much cheaper than airport parking.”

“We have used this company for many years and they have always offered good service and value. However, they used to drop us right outside the terminal building but now the drop off is some way out. I believe this has been caused by the airport parking restrictions. We will continue to use In2carparks as they are reliable, punctual and friendly.”

“Didn’t realise that the drop off and pick up points was 10 minute walk, wouldn’t like to do it with my cases. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues apart from that everything was great.”

“If I had realised how far away the free drop off point was from the airport terminal I wouldn't have used In2CarParks. Too far for my 80 year old husband & myself to take our cases. Had to pay additional £4 to be picked up nearer the terminal, airport charges but information should be given when booking. In2Car Parks staff very helpful.”

“Very efficient overall but would suggest the picking up point when you get back is made more clear. It was a bit confusing where we were supposed to meet the minibus. Also the minibus, when it arrived didn't have any markings, don't need expensive signwriting but maybe a cardboard sign by the windscreen, so you don't have to ask the driver if he's from in2carparks. Price was much cheaper than parking at the airport, will use you again, thanks!”

“Overall very good. Price was excellent and service was good. They seemed a little overwhelmed when we dropped car off as a lot of cars turned up at onve and there was nowhere to put them. However, friendly service and car was ready on return.”

“Affordable prices and relatively close to airport. The staff is nice and helpful. Make sure you allow yourself some time to park as you would have to take their bus to get to the airport (5 minutes ride) and an additional 5 minutes to walk inside the airport.”

“Reasonably priced compared to other airport parking. Not that convenient! When we arrived there was no-one around, just a sign on office door with tel.no. to tell the minibus driver we were there. The same on return. We had to ring to say we were ready to be picked up. The first time the bus just drove past us! We had to ring again! Having said that, the drivers were very friendly, the car was safe and everything worked out in the end.”

“Easy to find. Secure parking facility. Very helpful staff. Excellent value. Transport provided to and from airport ( note : there is a 10-15 minute walk with luggage to and from drop off/ pick up point to the terminal building. Not suitable for people with mobility problems).”

“I would of preferred to be dropped off at the old pick up point , I didn't mind paying for this service , now if the weather is bad you would be wet through before you reach the airport or your car .”

“Great service from in2 car parks from dropping car off quick and efficient service to and from the Airport. Friendly drivers and good sense of humour to customers. Would definitely be using in2 car parks when we fly from Lpool airport in the future.”

“very good service. we had trouble finding the place at first and because I hadn't used them before I was a little nervous but it had been kept secure and apart from the bird muck it was as I had left it. The bus shuttle service to and from the airport was very good.”

“Staff always very nice, prompt with drop off and pick ups, 5 minutes from the airport, never a problem with the car on collection. We always use this company as very good value. Always been dropped off at car park right outside the airport before, however this time we were surprised to be dropped off at and picked up from the far side of the car park to the right of the roundabout by the airport. Only a 5 minute walk if you are fit and have a small case, but no good if you are less mobile, have large luggage or it's cold and wet. Would gladly pay more and go back to being dropped and collected outside the airport.”
