“We understand the problem of cost but found the drop off point a long walk for people who are not good at walking, we thought that the staff were very caring and accommodating and I would use In2CarParks again if travelling from Liverpool John Lennon Airport. J D Watts”

“Fast transfers, no waiting around. Good value for money. Drop off car park about 200 yards away but at least no extra drop off fees that other transfers charge.”

“As ever the service was reliable. Due to a new drop off point there is a walk to the terminal that you need to allow 5-10 mins for.”

“Always been happy parking here but unable to understand the extra parking fee charged at drop off. It was £3, now £4 each way. This should be included in the price at booking stage. There were 10 people in the minibus last Nov, a bit crushed even for the short ride but only 8 this week. Not interested in the new free drop off point down the road when lugging suitcases to terminal and back as it’s too far for elderly or infirm people. May consider airport on-site parking in future.”

“Staff were great, but was not informed of the hike from £3 to £8 for the journey to the airport if we wanted to be dropped off in the usual spot and picked up. This makes you less competitive.”
