“Good service, easy to find using the satnav. My only gripe is that they drop you in a car park and then you have to walk all the way to the airport. It was not a problem in July, but I can see how that can be a deal breaker if it is cold and rainy outside. Personally, I will use these guys again.”

“Basic but efficient service. Friendly and helpful. Return trip planning not great as several people needed picking up at the same time with insuffient space for us all. However, the driver managed the situation well when confronted by a stressed out dad!”

“Well, I keep coming back to you so you must be doing something right. :-) Just one suggestion, though ... Could you have the In2Car Parks logo painted/printed onto the bonnet/side door of the van which is used to pick up/collect. It doesn't matter when departing because your van will already be in your car park, but when returning it would make it a lot easier to pick out your van from all the others.”

“Found in2CarParks liverpool to be efficient, with friendly helpful staff, at a good price, drop off and pick up point, a fair walk from terminal, especially if weather bad.”

“Very good as usual but we were surprised to be taken to the far end of the overground car park from where we had to walk back to the terminal. Since we last used Liverpool Airport the increased charge has come in for dropping off near the terminal, but we were not told of this in advance and thus given the choice to pay extra for this.”

“Very helpful man going out...chatty and explained where to meet on return. Little bit of confusion on return as wasn't explained properly for timings. But saying that will definitely use them again, already booked for 2 more car parking in October”

“I have been using this car park for about 10 years now and I am always happy with the service however, I was somewhat disappointed with being dropped off so far from the airport as my wife has difficulty walking that sort of distance and had to stop twice to rest.”
