“Staff were great, but was not informed of the hike from £3 to £8 for the journey to the airport if we wanted to be dropped off in the usual spot and picked up. This makes you less competitive.”

“A bit off the beaten track but found them OK. Drop off was really good, efficient and friendly. I got confused with the pick up and stood round the corner, so was waiting for ages. When I rang him he was very frustrated because I wasn't at pick up. I didn't need an angry response to my frustration. It was after midnight, cold and tired. I told him I was I was 71 yrs old, he replied, that doesn't make you right. I told him, no but it makes me feel the cold. I realised my mistake and found pick up point. His attitude was more reasonable and he did help me start my car. However, I think a little bit more respect, patience and understanding was necessary. This was only one staff member, the first one was really respectful and helpful.”

“Easy to find smooth transfer extra step was available for my wife to get into minibus on return rang for pickup arrived 1n 5minutes but unfortunately no step so a bit of a struggle to help wife into minibus overall very good”

“Excellent service all round except the address on the website is the old address which we were told later you had moved from 5 years earlier. You need to update the website as it added about 10-15 minutes on our journey”

“Great service, but would appreciate either, adding £3, car park barrier fee to the main bill, or at least informing that cash is needed beforehand, (very rarely carry cash with me so had to use ATM in airport). Also some older people were really struggling to get into the van due to high level, would suggest a set of small steps be taken to help.”

“Good service - would use again. Easy to find car park, efficient hand-over at reception, just a few minutes wait while the minibus filled with fellow passengers and then a short, comfortable drive to the airport. A similar service on return - minibus waiting as arranged, took a few minutes for all expected passengers to arrive and then a short drive back to the car park. Car waiting as expected, all good!”

“Friendly courteous drivers and well-organised arrangements. The £3 extra airport car park charge should be built into the initial cost and not requested when you arrive for departure! overall good nevertheless. Thank you”
