“Easy drop off location close to the airport, short wait for transfers. Great value, the drop off and collection point could be better as you have about a 7 minute walk to the terminal. Would use again.”

“I parked with In2carpark plenty times now, always good price and service but sometimes for pickup from Airport to take you back to the car you need to wait un pick up place up to 30min - that should be improved. Anything else all great.”

“Have used In2CarParks many times and always an excellent service. As I have a van I’m restricted to where I can park so this is ideal and is safe and secure.Sometimes may have to wait for mini bus to take us to airport but no longer than 10 minutes and pick up is quick. I ring when I picking my bags up and they are there within 10 minutes. Reasonably priced and always offer discount on rebooking.”

“Overall good, although a mini was waiting for us when we retured from our holiday, there wasnt enough room to take us for our car. We had to wait for approx 15mins for the mini bus to return to collect us. Other than that a good service. Polite staff”

“I Used to park my car with these guys all the time when flying to France about 10 years ago with no problems, so I thought I'll use them again this time as I was flying from Liverpool,. So i got to office which had moved yard was no where near as big as what it used to be and cars parked in all little nooks n crannies, gave key in went to transit van for lift to airport the driver just stood there and didn't help with loading bags 7 people, then he took us to airport but instead of dropping us at the yellow submarine he took us to car Park 2 which meant 5-7 min walk good job it wasn't raining. On my return we rang them up it took 30 mins to get a lift back again the driver didn't help loading bags,they had also changed the pickj up point to the yellow submarine pick up point and then told us we had to pay £5 to exit the car park as they couldn't use the one they normally use as work was being carried out. I refused to pay as I had been quoted a price and payed upfront. Upon our return the driver went straight into the office saying we had refused to pay fortunately for us the guy on duty was quite calm and dismissed it and gave us our keys, then another worker came in shouting I'm sick of dealing with these people to us ! . So sorry I wouldn't use these guys again if it was free”

“Unfortunatly can't give less than 1 starr. Absolutly disrespectfull and rude people , stay away, will not park there even if they pay me. Have been drop off behind car hire car park instead of airport drop off zone, and been told that pickup point is the same place. After phoning them after arival, weiting 20 minutes, phoning again, have been told I need to go to airport drop off point. Four of us with lauggage need to go back ( 10 minutes one way) so I have asked why they newer told me that pick up poinhnhas chenged ? no emails o txt, been told by rude guy that they do not have my f. email ??? I have book online and got confirmation via email so definitly they have it, but never bother, when I put my luggage in to my car still heard that guy shouting and swearing, what an attidude, no apologise just blaming you for everything. STAY AWAY , Do NOT USE”

“Paid for parking included with that was transfer's to and from airport , but when we got on the bus the driver charged us £5 each way for the drop off charge, he said it was due to this charge being imposed recently. Unacceptable won't be using again”

“Definitely won’t use again was left in the pick up spot with no notification of change of pick up area until I had to make a second call only to be told I was to return to the terminal to be collected and pay an extra £5 for the privilege on top of what I had paid initially As the original pick up area was not accessible anymore which is not my fault as a customer!! The driver was then arrogant and extremely rude and said if we didn’t like it we would be left at the airport and have to walk back to the compound Your company shot have paid the fee at the terminal as you had committed to provide a service which fell short of expectations and on top of that on receiving my car back it was found to have mud on the carpet which certainly wasn’t the case when I dropped it off.”
