“Very bad how you get dropped off and picked up from a 9 minutes walk away from Terminal. Walked in rain with cases at 11.00pm is no joke. I would never use again although if you give them £5 each way extra they will take you to the terminal drop off point. Just would not accept that as a good service”

“Excellent service and prompt pick up. The firm needs to change its information of how to get there and the promised confirmation e- mail does not happen. I have to ring up every time to check that the booking has been received. This is very lazy by someone because no doubt the same thing is mentioned over and over again.”

“Had to ring to clarify directions . Parked car and was transported to airport promptly. Dropped off near departurtures in express drop off area and advised we would be picked up from same place. On return we were asked to walk to pick up point some distance away explained I had mobility issues and could not do so. Driver said we had to pay another £5 to get out which had not been advised before or at any point in booking process. I have found out since it is possible to recover charge if you hold blue badge but need vehicle reg number to do so which I didn't have. Van was very difficult for access due to mobility issues but steps are available on request.”

“My interior mirror had been adjusted and side mirrors. Whilst I appreciate the car may have had to be moved, not such a distance to warrant that. There was also a confrontation with another passenger involving a shouting match.”
