“Wouldn’t use this carpark again, staffs attitudes let them down made us wait 1.5 hours to be picked up at 1 in the morning freezing cold with children then when they did pick us up decided to have a rant making it out it was our fault we had to wait so long swearing in front of my kids. Absolutely would not recommend would rather pay a bit extra and park at the airport it’s self”

“We have used In2 for several years now and rate them highly. They're great to deal with and very accommodating. Unfortunately this time, they were extremely busy, and we had to wait half an hour for the transfer at 2am, which wasn't very pleasant. However, I was told this when I called them - apologies were given. I think that next time I will ask what the wait time will be, and will get a taxi to their depot if needed. They are still our go to Liverpool airport car park.”

“Good service at a reasonable price. Only downside is the walk from bus stop to terminal and waiting time which was greater than 15mins for pick up”
