“Check in was fine. On return we were kept waiting too long (sorry but we only have one vehicle working ATM) …. and then when we picked up our car is was plastered in bird s**t.”

“No problems after we found the park quickly into the bus and away. The bus dropped us off about half a mile away in a free drop off zone which was okay because the weather was mild at 4 ish in the morning. It would have been horrid if it had been raining to have to walk that far in the rain. Also the same on arrival we were lucky to have decent weather for the walk but the transfer was smooth back to the park in all fairness.”

“Everything was fine except we waited for 1 hour and 3/4 at the airport to be picked up and returned to the car park. I don't know what went wrong. We waited where we were dropped off across from the terminal entrance, which was where we were told to wait on our return. Why did I have to ring 3 times and wait so long with nowherre to sit down. I was exhausted and so thankful to sit in the car when we got back to it at last. I had not the energy to enquire what had happened. I have no desire to repeat that experience.”

“Used for our recent holiday and the service was good, the only concern was that we where dropped off at the airport car park which is a good walk from the airport building so if you have any difficulty walking any distance this service is not for you.”

“Worst carpark I've ever used. Rude staff, lied about breaking my car key which has cost me £30 to replace, stereo is broken and was fine when I dropped car off. Also had my prescription driving glasses stolen. Will never use again, avoid”
