“Drop off was ok pick up was a nightmare tried ringing the number 12 times no answer stood finally answered to a very grumpy man who said 10min 40 min later till he arrived I said Iv been stood here after a 8hr travel and he started screaming at me he’s entitled to a lunch break this is at 7.15pm 🤷‍♂️I thought of him he needed to speak to his employer and I just want my car.He then drove like a crazy man back to the depot to where the guy at the desk was smoking and blowing smoke in my face was in the office.This is the most cowboy firm Iv ever come across and would never ever leave my car with these hillbillies.”

“Dropped car off and got to the airport not a problem. Coming back, we were made to wait almost an hour to be picked up from the airport to pick our car up. Had to call 3 times to ask where they were and kept telling us, ‘he’s loading up, be 10 minutes’. It wasn’t just us, but at least another minibus full, some families with little children. It had already been a long day and having to travel back to Leeds and the motorway closures made our 1hr 30 minutes drive home, almost 3 hours plus the 1 hour waiting around for someone. Additionally, our car was covered in bird poo and other cars in the lot were immaculate, so not sure where they parked the car for the week :)”

“I had to wait 59 mins for the mini bus to pick me up to get my car, I was also dropped off and collect at the end of the opposite car park which is a good walk to the terminal, I was not happy”

“The service on the whole was very efficient and the car park is only a 10 minute drive from the airport. However, for those with walking difficulties to be aware that they drop you off around 500 yards from the airport in a subsidiary car park, which does require a five minute walk to the front entrance if dragging cases and attempting to assist someone who is elderly or has mobility issues. There was also a little bit of a bun fight for the minibus when it arrived to take us back to the car park to retrieve our vehicles as around a dozen people gathered for a minibus that could only handle 6 to 8 people meaning those that didn’t get in on the first trip would have to wait probably quarter of an hour longer to be collected and there was no organisation with regards to who had made contact first. Everyone just attempted to pile in so possibly they could give people an allocation when you ring for collection. One rude young couple of teens jumped into the transit despite being the last to arrive at the bus stop and did leave a very frail and elderly couple waiting who had been there longer.”
