“Excellent service. I must say I was a bit sceptical of carrying out a survey using an online platform but I am really glad I did. I had a quote online which was followed by a phone call. I instantly felt at ease after being on the phone; the gentleman I spoke to was very professional. It took 8 days (5 working days) from making payment to arranging survey then receiving the report. HLA surveyors in Birmingham did a great job and report was quite clear. I will definitely recommend this site, affordable and very prompt.”
