“My Home Buyer's survey was clearly written, detailed, precise, and the Surveyor always said whether they were making educated guesses about things they couldn't see, what they could actually see, and incorporating their knowledge of legal requirements into the report. This gave me a very solid basis on which to question the marketed price of the house, and ensure I don't inherit high costs for items such as the roof which is in a poor condition and needs imminent work.”

“The service offered by IMyHome was excellent from start to finish. Great value, easy to track status of survey on line and download completed RICS surveyor's report, which was available 5 days after the survey was conducted. I would, without hesitation, recommend using iMyHome to anyone wanting to get a RICS property survey carried out.”

“Very quick to schedule the survey. There was a delay with the surveyors reporting procedures due to ‘damaged technology’ however the report received appeared thorough and was simple to access. The price quoted beat all others by a considerable margin!”

“Unfortunately a good service from iMyHome was let down by Quantum their appointed RICS building surveyors who having guaranteed they would ensure the relevant surveyor would respond personally to any queries in the survey report within a maximum of two working days eventually reverted after four days following a number of 'chasing' emails. Very disappointing.”
