“Very prompt Homebuyer survey completion and helpful on follow-up question I had afterwards by phone. Simple, straight forward process and obviously important to be able to undertake surveys quickly when the exchange and completion process depends on it.”

“I could not fault any aspect of the process. I requested an home buyers report and a surveyor was sent to the property within the week. The report was also sent to me via email 4 days later and I then requested a paper copy which was also posted. The information was easy to read and understand, no jargons.”

“i was very impressed with the way the report was done, it was professionally prepared and looked at all the points which i had concerns about. i was even contacted by the surveyor prior to the report being emailed and i was able to ask questions about the concerns i had.”
