“I googled Homebuyer Survey and the iMyHome website came up. The website appeared professional and the quote I got was better than what the estate agent offered. I decided to book the Homebuyer Survey and was very pleased with the detailed report. The following day, my wife spoke to the surveyor and went through in detail the work that would be required to bring the house up to standard. When we forwarded the Homebuyer Survey to vendor, along with an estimate of the costs; he knocked off £2500 from the asking price - amazing! The Homebuyer Survey was money well spent!”

“When i first started to look for a survey i was confused about the process and the different types of surveys that were available. iMyHome gave me a full overview and detailed explanation of the types of surveys which helped in my decision making. Unfortunately my sale fell through so will definitely be using their services again!”

Sorry to hear the you were not satisfied with the turnaround. We have had a look into your case, the instruction was received on 27/04/2018 and the appointment date was 09/05/2018 (6 working days) the report was delivered 48 hours after the inspection date. It should also be noted that we lost a day because of the Bank Holiday. We wish you well with the purchase.

“Cheap but you don't know who you're going to get. One review was great but we got a different surveyor. It was a week after paying before they could arrange a date as the relevant person was only part time. It was nearly 4 weeks after paying before we got a report.”

The payment was made on the 9th April 2018 and the report was delivered on the 26th April 2018, this fits in the timescales we set out for an overall service level with our customers. “I am happy with the service that iMyHome.co.uk provided. I made a phone call and gave them the required details & payments. They sent me all the up-to-date communication straightaway. Also, the nominated survey team had communicated with me with the appointment details which they had arranged with the vendor contacts. I felt confident because the staff were helpful, understanding, organised and professional in their field of work. My new house survey was done with in a week and also RICS report returned to me via e-mail. I would not hesitate to recommend iMyHome.co.uk for a RICS surveys. Thank you.”

“I called iMyHome on a Tuesday and by Friday the surveyor from Quantum Valuations was in the property. Come Monday morning I had a full detailed report in my inbox. They work so efficiently and fast. I also requested several extra checks the day of the survey and they passed these on to the surveyor Tim without issue. Fantastic team and value for money considering it was the cheapest quote I had. So impressed and will use again for future property purchases.”

“Staff on the phone were very polite and came across as very professional and like they genuinely cared. They were able to beat a competitor's quote, as well as get the survey booked in sooner. Follow up communication was also very good. Survey seemed very thorough and detailed. All in all a very good service and would recommend to anyone.”

“Very good value for money Homebuyers survey report in clear and plain English, based on an RICS template, which is easy to read and digest. Delivered in a timely fashion, both by e mail and first class post. Very personable people throughout to deal with.”

“Very efficient, professional and competitive service from both the office and the allocated surveyor. I was given the surveyor’s details very promptly which allowed me to liaise direct with him regarding our requirements and any concerns. The survey was undertaken quickly and the helpful report was delivered to us within 48 hours. Couldn’t ask for more.”
