“The report was well set out though we thought that the surveyor could have asked to have items moved to see if any problems in the attic! Oherwise was good!”

“Used imyhome for a house survey (RICS) and they had most competitive prices by far. They sent an agent who was professional and completed the report on time. The only negative part of the experience was PayPal - their only payment method. For one reason or another the payment was withheld by PayPal initially and it took a few phone calls and emails to fix this. Not my first negative experience with PayPal so my feedback would be to consider using other methods of payment.”

“Very fast response. Talked you through the different types of surveys available and there was a discount, which helped. The local company that actually conducted the survey contacted me to ask for any specific questions I had and they came back with answers to these in the report. I was initially advised not to get a survey done by the real estate agent as it was a maisonette, but glad I did as have a good overview of what I am buying and where the potential issues or future issues will be. The whole thing took around two weeks - super fast. Great service.”

“We were extremely satisfied with our Homebuyers' Report. It was comprehensive, well-set out, easily understood and covered in great detail all the aspects expected from this type of survey. We showed the Report to a friend who is a building consultant, and has seen many such surveys, and he was very complimentary, remarking on its length and depth of information. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and, if necessary (though hopefully not!) I would definitely use iMyHome.co.uk again.”

“As I hadn't moved house for 30 years, I wasn't sure how to choose a local surveyor. In the past, I would have looked in Yellow Pages, but having used an internet conveyancer ( who was very efficient) I decided to go online & see what options there were. I found iMyHome.co.uk, contacted them by email & received a very prompt reply. A surveyor from Kimmitt & Roberts contacted me to arrange the survey which was carried out without delay. I subsequently received 2 copies of a very comprehensive survey of the property which I am purchasing. I would certainly recommend both iMyHomes & the individual surveyors. M Robinson Durham”
