“All in this was a good service, only thing was I was originally told that the turn around was 2 to 3 days, on the 3rd day it was then said 3 to 5 working days. I finally got the report and of the 5th day. if i was told 5 days from the start I would have planned around this time frame.”

“I found this company very efficient and easy to deal with. Quick responses to telephone calls and my experience found no waiting in a queue with a selection of various options to choose from. My request for a home survey was dealt with promptly and the actual survey was carried out efficiently after consultation with the vendor. Afterwards the survey report was sent to me in no time. Much appreciated.”

“Once quoted I received a phone call to discuss the quote and the survey was booked in quickly. I was kept upto date on when the survey was taking place and received the paperwork on the website the day after the survey was completed. Very good service.”

“Very impressed! The service is quick within 10 days I had an appointment for my survey and had a report emailed directly to me. I my home arranged everything through my estate agents, taking the headache out of everything. They also provided me with a very thorough report.
