“Very good service, survey was carried out efficiently, report issued on time, would recommend”

“Were told when booking we would receive verbal 'heads up' of survey on day after survey, we didn't and when i asked surveyor he said we don't do that, he did however spend a few minutes reluctantly giving a verbal report. Were told written report would be completed by Monday (told on Thursday or Friday) had another two dates given before we finally got report. Not a good experience for us.”

“Very quick process with good level of communication about survey timing/scheduling. Survey received appeared to have a good level of detail and highlighted some good property recommendations we addressed prior to contract exchange.”

“Great service. We had originally been given a date that, for our situation, was a little late in the calendar. The staff at imyhome were happy to help to try and source another surveyor to come in a few days earlier so that we could keep the ball rolling. Polite courteous service and very helpful. Would gladly recommend.”

“Initially, I asked our estate agent and friends for a surveyor they could recommend. I contacted two of them to discover that they were making bookings 3 weeks out and seemed to be charging a significant amount for a standard homebuyers report. So I found imyhome.co.uk after a quick google search. I completed the form then I was put off that it was an agency approach. I dismissed them. Then they phoned me and I was pleasantly surprised with their approach and general openess. That was a week ago. They had booked the survey in 4 days later and delivered the report this morning. They have exceeded my expectations and overdelivered on availability and communication. They kept me up to speed at each step of the process. And best of all they were 45% cheaper that the personal referrals I was given. I have no hesitation in recommending their service.”

“From the first phone call after I applied on line until I received the completed survey, I found the company very efficient and quick in finding me a very competent surveyor I have had a very comprehensive report that has given me excellent information in a clear format and in easy to understand language. I would recommend all buyers who are arranging their own survey to use this company. They are competitive, fast acting and very efficient. Thank you very much.”

“Very thorough and comprehensive report which looked at every aspect of the property and rated them according to condition, impact and urgency. Included a summary which was easy to understand and also recommendations for actions prior to exchange of contract. I would have given 5 stars but for the initial lack of a market value. I had to ask for this after the event. I would recommend this service and surveyor to other house buyers”

“Excellent service. After registration a surveyor went to the property and compiled a report which was forwarded on to me within three days. The report was easy to understand and very informative. I would definitely use the service again and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a building survey.”
