“Excellent service, fast contact from the iMyHome team regarding any queries or questions i had, and quick response from the surveyor who got in touch me to make arrangements to inspect the property. He carried out a thorough inspection of the property and has provided me with a detailed written report. Very pleased all round.”

“I was happy with receipt of the survey and communication throughout the process. The images were good alongside suggestions. More images to aid understanding would be good alongside stipulating the value of the house as it stands; without the works required (2's and 3's) and if these works were carried what the value would be. This needs clearly stating. . I did not get this in the report. However, this was clarified my Mike in an email”

“After an initial hiccup with the first proposed contracted surveyor who had a long lead time to get to the point of performing the survey all went very well once you changed the surveyor for me, excellent response from the company to ensure the process was sped up for me.”

“I found iMyHome.co.uk on a price comparison site. They called me immediately and I was very impressed with the representative on the phone who was very professional and knowledgable. They conducted the requested Home Buyers Report very quickly and the report was easy to access online. Overall I had a very good experience and would highly recommend. “My survey was carried out by David Cossins Surveyors Ltd. And although carried out in a timely manner, it did take 4 or 5 days for a little clarification on some of the points. All in all, I was happy with what I had received.”

“Good survey. As a first time buyer I was unsure what to expect but the surveyor was very quick courteous and the survey was to a good level. My only comment would be that some of the points on the scoring system seemed to over exaggerate any negatives for example one of the most urgent issues was to have the chimney checked which given the rating system seemed a little over the top. Really happy overall and would recommend.”
