“We were at a late stage in the buying process on a house that appeared in excellent condition and ran into a issue when we tried to get building insurance, as some insurers refused to insure the house as it was in an area with a "high risk of subsidence". We decided to do a HomeBuyer's survey to put our minds at ease, but didn't want to delay exchange or completion. Glenn managed to find the fastest surveyor in our area, who was extremely helpful and prompt in turning around the survey. Very happy with the whole service and would happily recommend.”

“After a slow start. Date promised, not able to meet. Wasted a couple of weeks after surveyor changed. The actual survey met the criteria laid down in the quotation and was well documented.”
