I was searching a legal adviser for helping me in a complex immigration matter and on internet I found IAS. I took the number and called. Someone told me the office is in London Bridge; I went there. I was told to sit in the waiting area. Then within half an hour a lady came and talked to me about my issue. I thought she an assistant. Later when she took me to the office I understood she is the solicitor. She was really really great but simple. She helped me thoroughly and my case was successful in a very reasonable time. It was possible for her experience, skills and approachability. IAS is a great immigration service centre according to my experience.

I had a phone consultation with Susan Harrison in Newcastle regarding my wife's future immigration to the UK. Having had difficulty with this in the past, we were both fearful and required a lot of reassurance. I have to say that Susan went one step further than the average legal counsel and really offered us the personal touch where we felt that she really cared about our case. Not only is she friendly and easy to speak with, but she also gave us thorough advice which has helped put our minds at rest to a great degree and give us optimism that, should we follow her advice, we would be successful in my wife's application. We are not ready yet, but when we are Susan will be the first person I speak with about making my wife's application to settle in the UK.

The IAS were friendly and helpful from the moment I contacted them. They knew what they were talking about and helped me get a 6 month visa to the UK for my girlfriend who had previously been refused a visa. Highly recommended and I will be using them again. Abimbola and Houri were both especially helpful. Thank-you both. Best Regards George

Researching visas can be a really frustrating process so I consider my time and money spent with IAS a very strong investment. Susan Harrison was prompt, knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me refine my plans. I would and will call on them again as I get closer to my application process.

I worked with Susan Harrison, she was so friendly and so helpful! I was applying from the US to join my spouse in the UK. Susan answered all of my questions, gave me a very helpful and very detailed list of what I needed to submit and wrote me a personalized cover letter. My application was approved in 2 days! I would recommend IAS and Susan to anyone looking to get their UK visa!

I first contacted IAS in February 2015 and shortly after set up a meeting with Susan Harrison out of the Newcastle office. The application was to obtain UK Citizenship for my son, living in North America obvoiusly made things a little challenging but Susan and IAS were there to help. Susan's professionalism and knowledge is what made the difference and throughout the process communication was seamless always responding to any questions I needed answers to. My son's application was recently approved, we thank Susan and everyone at IAS for there professional service and would highly recommend IAS to anyone that is looking for professional immigration advise.

Before moving home to Scotland, my Wife and I suffered a failed application when we hired a so-called consultant in our country of origin. Since I was already in the UK, the failed application put us in a difficult financial position and meant an uncertain period of time apart. We very nearly gave up on the move. Prior to making any rash decisions I made contact with IAS (Natalie Dolan) and I don't exaggerate when I say things quickly started to get much easier and more hopeful. Without going into specifics of our case, I can put my finger on certain aspects of Natalie's approach which made a world of difference. From our initial meeting in Glasgow the new application plan was quickly established. Natalie was easy to talk to and very reassuring. Natalie's willingness to respond to a query was a key positive. This simply cannot be overstated. With very little margin for error my Wife & I spent a lot of energy on the finer points (poor Natalie!). We were used to queries going unanswered and had low expectations from previous experience, however, from the very beginning Natalie was prompt and precise, she obviously took care to answer our queries no matter how mundane or repetitive. We were delighted by how professional but also friendly and approachable she was and continues to be. It makes a world of difference to know the person dealing with your case (and being party to your crisis) is not a professional robot. We came to trust her opinion and felt more at ease simply knowing that we would receive a response and that it would be considered. In addition to Natalie's close personal attention, we felt confident that she knew what she was doing and had depth of experience. Having already lost a lot of money on false advice in the past, we were extremely vigilant in this respect. The process itself was well coordinated and with Natalie doing her part my Wife & I could focus on getting our documents in order and let Natalie be the immigration consultant. This removed a lot of the stress from the process. Prior experience had taught us to try to predict all eventualities but with Natalie we felt like we could take our hands off the wheel a bit. Again, along with the obviously professional & expert service we received, the intangibles cannot be overstated. From my perspective, these are the most valuable aspects of our experience with Natalie. In this sense I feel we got value for money & peace of mind and I intend to stick with IAS (Natalie) for the entirety of my Wife's visa process.

My husband and I visited IAS Liverpool last year with a complicated application to regularise his immigration status in the UK and no idea how to approach it ourselves. We could not recommend IAS more and, in particular, our caseworker Natalie Dolan. Natalie was knowledgeable and easy to talk with at every stage in the process, not to mention patient with our barrage of nervous questions, which was reassuring during a difficult time for us. We had a successful outcome and could not have managed without IAS.

Overall it was a good show of competency and professionalism from IAS. Right from the onset I was given peace of mind through assurances from Saimah one of their advisers. It was a hitch-free application for ILR. It took just 14 weeks to get a reply from the home office. Good representation, good job, I am well pleased.

Immigration Advice Help me and my parents on the whole process of applying and appealing for an extension of my visa and still do. Specially Miss Natalie. She she advice us on every step of the way and clarify the options that we have. She is very professional and very nice to deal with. She is also very proactive and made sure that all the steps are done properly and timely. We received an A* performance on every step of the way and me and my parents are very pleased on the way she handled of our case.
