“This is the second time I have used the services of IAS as the first time I was also very pleased by the services given by Matteo Di Battista. In this instance, I spoke to Rachel Turner who gave me all the information I needed over the phone and followed up with an emailed full report of our conversation and advice within 24 hours. The information I required was regarding a passport application and visa status which, incidentally, even the government visa centre couldn't assist me. Rachel was most helpful and I would recommend her and IAS for any immigration services. Having two competent officers in two dealings shows the depth and professionalism IAS offers. And did I mention the costs? Very reasonable and well worth it.”

“I am writing this review after more than 7 months of trying to contact IAS for following up my application. I paid on time and everything was perfect till I made the payment to IAS 7 months ago approximately. Since than I have emailed them and called them repetitively without any response from IAS. I am disappointed as this has delayed my important work. Please avoid using them at all cost.”
