“Service fantastic and all for a good cause but the only thing I would say is that items are never collected on day selected it’s always changed. Other than that I will continue to use your services thank you”

“iCollectClothes are great! The driver was very friendly. But only downside.. was i got no email to confirm time of collection. I was waiting for that email as stated on my 2nd email of confirmation.. then i see driver arrived. Other than that all is great but would be good to know pick up time too. Thank you!”

“Great to have stuff collected and not trek to a charity shop. Just keep an eye on your emails as the collection time was updated 3 times. I missed the last email but luckily the van driver knocked on the door to collect my donation.”

“Great pick-up service, on-time & friendly. In terms of info on the website, the booking calendar is misleading, I was able to book "next day" pick-up however was then emailed that I had to wait for a whole week until a slot of available. A minor tech tweak which would make you look more reliable and professional. It's a great service and I hope more people will use it!”

“This is a great service and I have used it several times as we prepare to move and downsize. Marking down one star this time due to confusion over time of collection: was given a time yesterday, then first thing this morning updated to an earlier time - mad dash to get everything outside - then the collector was actually almost 4 hours late! It didn't matter particularly, but if it had been raining like last week much of my donations would have been soaked and possibly damaged...”

“The organisation and the collection was on time, professional and fantastic. My box was a little heavy and the collection agent did not have a trolley. If they had it their work would be easier.”
