“Prompt, kept me well informed. Charities get £200 per tonne of recycled clothes, which is the same as 'bag to school' collections. Yes, charities would get more if you took the clothes directly to their shops, but as most are not taking donations or limiting it to one bag at a time this is a great service. I'm sure I will use it again.”

“I’ve used this company twice. The guy who came to collect from me most recently was really polite and helpful! The only thing was that there was a mix up with the collection times. We will be using again!”

“The van collected my black bags and Shopping bags filled with books. They parked opposite our house and carried the bags across the main road.”

“Time originally emailed was changed from 10:15am - 12:45pm to 12:15pm to 02:15pm was picked up at 02:10pm just 5 minutes outside given times. So 2 Hours waiting turned into 4 hours. Inconvenient if you have made other plans or desperately need to go out.”

“Had emails with collection window. This changed with another email. The window was 10 - 12 and it was collected at 1115. Good service and you can choose who benefits from your donation.”

“Absolutely fantastic service! Didn't get picked up on the days I put as 'preferred'/'requested' but I was able to leave outside and it was collected despite me not being in. Would highly recommend.”
