“Service was good but my email said my items were collected at 9:25, when it was 10:25, which was nearly an hour outside the collection time”

“I have already sent a review but want to add two points. Firstly the driver collected at 11.15 am approx. not 10.15 am. Secondly you did have a driver, but the British Heart Foundation did not!”

“Found iCollectClothes through the Internet after my mother passed March 2021. Today 15/04/2021 was the second time I have used this service and have donated approx. 20 boxes and 4 suitcases of clothes and books so far. Arranging a collection has been easy and receiving notification the day before has been helpful too. My only complaint was not having the selected collection date but having to wait 2 weeks for the collection to take place. Overall though, I will continue to use iCollectClothes in the future.”

“Easy to organise. On time and took everything which was good. The only bad thing was that I’d put out a few lamps and the driver just lobbed them in the back of the van. They left me in a good condition. If they’re damaged then...”
