“I liked the fact that they keep you informed of collection time - well organised. When large box picked up, I also had 3 bags containing:- candles, cushion covers, spare Christmas decoration etc., Since they were not clothes I asked if they also deal with these items - he replied that nothing get wasted - I also mentioned the fact that they pay to The Heart Foundation a fee based on weight - he reassured me, and I have given to him - otherwise they were going to Cancer UK charity.”

“My sister in law actually recommended as there were moving abroad and so we took a lot of items for them to donate. It was easy to arrange the collection. They kept me up to date by email with the collection time. Turned up within the time frame. With COVID they arranged for everything to be left outside which worked well for us. I think it’s a great course and would highly recommend.”

“Efficient service, but unfortunately I was given 2 minutes notice that it would be picked up earlier. My neighbour was going to include more clothes but they missed the collection, because of the late time change.”

“Really good service . would have given a 5 star but both time i have had some come to collect the driver has not had a mask on or gloves on and if he is visting a number of houses that day ... well you can guess the point”

“Very pleased to find company to collect my clothes, shoes, books etc for registered charities that we can have our items donated to. Just had my collection at time slot given but was surprised though when my two carrier bags of books were just thrown in van! Surely care should be taken as buyers do not want damaged books or other solid items?”

“I live in a cul-de-sac and unable to leave at the top due to people ripping the bags apart, i called the number on the label, very easy to communicate with, picked up no problem”

“Super easy to arrange, really pleased to still be able to donate even during lockdown restrictions. Driver came as expected during the pick up period and gave a grateful “thank you” wave through the window. What a nice man! :)”
