One of my vapes didn’t come with a charger was not sealed and did not work! I emailed you about it but have heard nothing yet.

Seeds were a dud!. 2nd website ive tried to buy seeds from now & all crud. Better going to a proper street dealer than these jokers

Ordered £21 worth of stuff that never arrived, when checked Royal Mail tracking it shows a photo of some random persons front door. Disappointed and definitely won’t be using in the future

All 5 seeds now dead. Three didn't germinate at all, the other two barely survived a few days. First time I have had such seeds and I have raised many a plant.

Hi Stephen, We are sorry that your order was damaged during transit. I can see in the correspondence you were sent a pre-paid tracked returns label as you wanted to return the entirety of your order although only one item had been damaged. A full refund has been processed for you today :)

Ice headshop Only sell FAKE SEEDS,Wouldn't recommend them to Anyone.NO Seeds grew from my last 2 orders.Waste of money! !

7 seeds germinated out 22 seed very disappointed, Tried to contact ice head shop and they never get back to me, seems like a massive scam.

Bought the snuff back. Tried all 3. Snow ball burnt my nose. So I took blow out and it was a nice cool feeling then took again after 20 minutes and burnt my nose. Took smiley face and burnt my nose. Load of rubbish. Gonna throw it all in the bin. Waste of money but I’m happy I tried it so i can tell people not to bother. The caffeine rush. I wanna go to sleep so no rush at all.

I purchased a collection of powders from here. Beak- NRG - pow 1 -pow 2 and I can honestly say what a complete and utter waste of money. They put chemical symbols on the sales page- but it’s just glucose powder and caffeine. It tastes hideous and does absolutely nothing. A cheap can of energy drink gives more of buzz.

Received a disposable vape today after placing the initial order on 23rd Dec. Doesn't even work. Contacted through online chat. Said someone will be in touch with 24-48 hours. Honestly, atrocious. Even had the audacity to ask me to check if the "batteries" were inserted correctly on a disposable vape

Also recieved wrong item last month ordered cbg/cbd 50/50 and recieved cbd only and I wasn't made aware they were sending a replacement. Instead they said nothing hoping I wouldn't notice? After going through the reviews on the website I realise it happened to other customers too.

Hi Abbie, I can see here that our knowledge experts have replied to your initial email sent on the 22nd. Your initial email was sent after our store closed for trading for the festive period. Royal Mail are saying now, they’ve delivered the package, and have provided a photo which is not my home, and I don’t recognise the house, as Royal Mail have changed their story after saying the parcel had been returned to you, I believe the package has been stolen. I am really not happy. As this was my medication for my PTSD, and now don’t have any money to purchase more
