“Fairly easy to use store and not bad pricing, came pretty quick, but not a lot of info specifically for each product don’t really know what I ordered as it did nothing”

“Headshop no real issue I mean i let staff know parcel wasnt received [postman left it hanging out the letterbox as hes done wiv other parcels ov mine from ebay] stagf didnt really seem too concerned after i stated im £90+ down , seeds down, no response back as ov now [1523] Will stick too actual stores i can enter n purchase face too face. Can't say id recommend this place purely bcus lack ov care or concerns 🥱 an expensive lesson learned but valuable nonetheless as wont make the same mistake twice 🙏🙂 will have too speak too bank tomorrow if no response n file a dispute 🥱 Have attached photo ov parcel left hanging out letterbox, was told postman does that for delivery picture purposes , thats fine , but dont leave the parcel there hanging around 😒 last time postie done this it was my psa9 charizard slab 😪 luckily I came round the corner seconds after I said delivered n raced home too grab it from letterbox , unfortunately today due too being seriously unwell i was not able too run too the main apartment building door n grab parcel, just hope whoever stole my package admires the contents n cares for them greatly 😤😪 i also hope they get fleas all summer long 🤝 hate thieves.”

“Hi, I normally verry happy with your products and the swift delivery, but I still don't have received the package...it supposed to be here the next day what would have been last Saturday (29th Nov) but with the weekend maybe the monday...nothing...got an e-mail of you on Tuesday (2nd Dec) that delivery was due Thursday (4th Dec) but nothing came, it is now Friday (5th Dec) and still nothing...the post here in N-Ireland is terrible, and certainly not blaming ICE head shop, but keep you informed if it arrives, thanks Dany Blondeel”

“I would have left 5 stars based on my orders and service recieved prior to my last order. But unfortunately my last order didn't come via next day delivery as ICE promises, my order wasn't even dispatched till a week later, and for my inconvieniance all i got was an apology, so you lose 3 stars.”

“Been using these guys for a while without a hitch until recently. Ordered 3 seeds, they all failed, but the free one they sent didn’t. Tried to contact multiple times by email and on contact page to resolve but didn’t even get a reply. Won’t be using again”

“Very disappointed! I've made a purchase on Saturday and got delivery on Wednesday. On f@kin Wednesday. I was already 1500 miles aways making the purchase totally useless and money wasting sh#t. Thanks for nothing! F*kin 24h delivery. Yeah right”

“2 stars is generous. Purchased 4 seeds. Was sent 6. Only one germinated and it was a barneys farm seed. Other one were ice head shops own cheaper seeds. None of which sprouted. Has 4 different strains”
