“Like most of the other 1star reviews my seeds haven't arrived was told Friday then Saturday then today and still nothing and according to my order its still being processed have tried contacting but either don't get a strait answer or don't answer at all?”

Hi Lilly, We are sorry to hear that your order was delayed after being placed on Thursday 6th. I've taken a look and it looks like we had to order your seed in as this particular seed is ordered in fresh from our supplier for the customer :) Due to the Easter Holidays this didn't arrive with us till Tuesday as our store was closed on Friday 7th and reopened on Tuesday 11th. Your order was dispatched on Tuesday 11th for you and I can see this was delivered within the 1-3 working days arriving on Friday 14th.

Hi Asif, I can see that your order was dispatched for you on the 3rd on the 1-3 working day delivery you selected. Unfortunately it looks as though your order was delayed by Royal Mail and due to the long Easter Holidays this was a longer wait for delivery than we would have liked. “Don't usually leave reviews especially negative ones.. but this occasion I was thourough disappointed with not only the packaging (all 6 seeds mixed together and the packet with a hole in the bottom) the seeds themselves bland looking, small and generally lacking in quality.... not 1 came up, and I've had 100% success in the past! At this point I have no intention of using this company again as I believe I was mugged off.. That's all 😤”
