“Not at all happy with my order . And I'm not just saying that to get freebies because they don't work”

“Rubbish. First order got lost so anither one was sent. I was not refunded my next day delivery charge. One didn't work so another was sent which tasted burnt so went in the bin. So disappointed, never again. Account closed.”

Hi Ashely, I'm sorry to hear you had a defective item although I can see you contacted us on the 6th and you were issued a refund for the faulty product on the same day as per your request. I can also see that you were offered a refund or to have a new replacement device dispatched instead :)

“I was rushed to make a purchase trying to use and claim the free gift and did everything in time but then ended up overspending on a product and receiving no gift and never seeing the option to claim during checkout”

Hi Tracy, I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive the free gummies in your order, there appears to have been an error in packing. I have generated a new order for you and a packet is being dispatched for you today. I took a look at the order details and I can see that you ordered on the 7th and chose the 1st class delivery service, this is a 1 - 3 working day delivery service so this would be Mondays through to Fridays and does not include weekend days. I can see that the order arrived with you on the 12th which is within the 1 - 3 working day allowance :) We do have a next working day guaranteed option at the checkout which the £6.99 should you need your items sooner.

I've noticed that you have been asked 3 times on the Facebook page to email us so that we can get this resolved for you. Please email us at: admin@iceheadshop.co.uk It looks like your package may have become lost or damaged in transit so we will need to know how you would like to proceed regarding a re-shipment or refund.
