“We had never previously purchased a property through an online agent, so we were slightly apprehensive at first about the process. However, from the beginning when we began contact with iamsold, our minds were put at rest due to their clear customer-focused approach and the depth of the information they provided and ease of contact they made available to us. We were provided with a personal contact who was very knowledgeable and always on hand to deal with our (numerous) queries and provide detailed information promptly. At all stages of the process we were sent 'milestones' which kept us fully up to date on all and any developments. The property was finally secured for us via a live auction, and although this initially caused us added anxiety, iamsold not only guided us through the process giving us peace of mind, but managed to get us the property at less than our bid price. In summary, I would happily recommend doing business with this company as from my own personal experience they are thoroughly professional and customer orientated - a very pleasant rarity these days.”

“This method of selling houses should have been in place years ago. My partner and I, have lost count of tedious timewasters trolling through our home, putting in empty offers that evidently they could not afford. So what we initially thought to be a bit of a unusual route to take, we decided to use the modern auction way. Turns out to be one of the best decisions we have made. We would like to thank the auction team, especially Sarah and Carl and would strongly recommend this company to anyone.”

“The staff were excellent and provided a very good service. They were helpful in dealing with the transaction and helped to sort out the one or two problems which arose in the transaction. On a wider point I am not sure if this business model fully works as currently operated but I think there may be some good ideas within this model and with some adjustment could gain wider appeal.”

“The service from the auction department was fantastic. The staff were very efficient and knowledgeable; I had every confidence in them looking after the sale from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with Lauren who negotiated the sale and Michelle who helped me through until the sale completed. I would definitely recommend the auction service to anyone, it was quick, secure and very efficient. Thank you for all your help!”

“I cannot speak more highly of this company, from the first phone call from Debbie ( auction department) right the way through to Alison in sales, the customer service was second to none. They are a fantastic team, driven and dedicated yet sensitive to the needs of the seller and the buyer. I was more than impressed. My house was sold and I was kept in the loop from start to finish, I can't recommend this company more highly! I will recommend their services to everyone I know and I wouldn't hesitate in using them in the future! Gold star service, first rate company!”

“Excellent service. What could have been a stressful experience was, instead, an easy and delightful experience. The whole team handled literally everything and kept me updated at each stage. Michelle Mutch called me at least once per week and made sure the process never lagged and everything went through perfectly. Much appreciation to everyone at Iam-sold. I can recommend them highly.”
