“Despite this process of selling being new to me I went ahead and was not disappointed in the least. The service was so professional, speedy and friendly. I was kept upto date at every step off selling and this could not have been better for myself as I was selling a property that was a long distance from where I live. I would recommend this method of sale without hesitation. I received more than my reserved price and more than other Estate Agents were valuing the house for. Ten out of ten from me!. My local contact Shelly was great, could not have asked for better.”

“I found them to be extremely proactive and helpful throughout my ( stressful -entirely caused by the buyers) experience and they kept me up to date all the way along . Alison Lamb was awesome with a great sense of humour and a very understanding lady all round. A credit to you . Also a big shout out to Alex Hutchinson from Medway for doing a stellar job with the conveyancing . . From the girls on the switchboard upwards I was very impressed . A huge thank you to everyone Deborah Mason”

“Our business was conducted via Stefan Storer. The transcation was complicated by various issues (delays with mortgage advisors, surveys etc) throughout Stefan was professional and patient, keeping us updated and arranging extensions when required”

“The whole process has been great Debbie and Sarah have been very helpful in particularly Debbie who guided me through the whole process ad explained everything and was very understanding.
