“I would like to say things went really smoothly, very quickly, quicker than anticipated. Very happy with your service and would highly recommend to anyone i know wanting to sell by auction. Communications were 2nd to none, very helpful and always in contact.”

“Having initially been a little sceptical about selling property at auction I found the experience to be an efficient and professional process throughout. In particular, Michelle Mutch ensured that she kept in touch with all parties involved to enable completion of the sale well within the agreed time. I would not hesitate to use ' iam- sold Ltd' again.”

“Great service. Always prompt in response to any questions I have regardless if it is a 'dumb' one or not, and very patient with my queries. Provides regular updates on my property. “My file was dealt with by Alison who was absolutely brilliant. She kept me up to date with the progress and nothing was too much trouble. I had a few issues with the purchase of the property and I have to say that Alison helped me through the difficult period and communicated with me at all times. Many thanks Alison, keep up the excellent work.”

“We had a named person from the team who rang every week with an update on how the property was being looked at one line and information down loaded. Always upbeat about the property. When transferred to the team to deal with completion of the sale the service was just as professional with a named person dealing with the property which makes it much more relaxed knowing who you are dealing with. I would recommend I am sold to any one wishing for quick sale in a very professional manner.”
