“The email confirmation of stages reached was useful. Scott who we dealt with was efficient. My criticism would be the cost of using the online auction (£8000) compared with a standard auction of less than £1000, this would put me off using the online auction again.”

“Hi iamsold, We bought 215 Dragon Lane at your auction recently. All of your staff were really very helpful. ***** The legal pack already prepared was good too.***** Navigation on website was a pain as the "accept" sign on the cookies info wouldnt go away, no matter how often we clicked it. * £5000 +vat fee was over the top. * Thanks Cath and Will”

“Very good up until the actual agreement of the sale and then performance dipped slightly. I advise you to choose them if you are mostly interested in getting a buyer, and then be more proactive in communicating with the team including the solicitor post agreement. Overall, I would choose them again, but I would focus more on seeing the job done post agreement. It was more than partly my fault that this didn't happen. James, Bradford”

“At times it seemed that Stefan who was overseeing my sale,was the only one who knew what was going on and he kept me informed regularly and more importantly,gave me accurate updates.Its been a long haul but I cant fault the service provided. Lesley Blackmore”

“Shelley was providing updates all the way through the sales process, however due to the vendor not signing the contract in time, the purchase was not completed until a week later than expected. The service I received from Shelly was excellent.”

“If you are in a hurry to sell a property that is not selling via local estate agents, this is probably the best option. I didn't get the price I had hoped for, but at least the sale was swift and within the stipulated time. Contact from iam-sold was good and they kept me up to date with proceedings, but I did feel a little pressurised, though this may have been because they understand the market better that I and knew that selling for less than the reserve price was in my best interest.”

“All went very smoothly & good communication throughout process. Our only criticism would be the fees - we felt these should be staggered and not £6000 across all properties. Our purchase property was under £50,000 but then we had to pay the fees on top making the % very high (not so bad if we were purchasing a £500,000 property). If we are to purchase another property, we would seriously have to consider whether or not adding the fee on top makes it cost-effective or not...”

“The support I received from Michelle was fantastic during the purchasing process, I cannot thank her enough for chasing the dreaded solicitors. However as the property was bought at auction it should have been ready to progress immediately ie the seller should have had all documentation prepared, the sellers solicitors should have been prepared to issue the draft contracts immediately. Over 11 weeks were wasted due to time delays outside of mine and Iamsolds control. Surely some form of checklist is gone through to ensure that as soon as I have paid my deposit the process is started. The only reason a five star was not given (Michelle deserved 5) was the time it took to kick start the process. regards Paul”

“I was pleased with the way I was kept informed of what was happening with the sale of my late mother's property. I didn't have to chase anyone to get information about what was happening and I particularly liked the emails I received when milestones had been reached. I was disappointed with the low value the property achieved at auction - but that's just the risk you take I suppose.”

“I found this to be a good service, was always kept in the loop with weekly contact in early stages, then nearly every day up to exchange and completion, just one hick-up with a lost document but was quickly found and sorted. Michelle was very efficient and Dawn was like talking to an old friend. I would recommend for a quick easy sale.”
