“Good communication from the start of the purchase to completion. Regular updates given regarding the progress of the sale. Thought Reservation fee was rather high, especially as the property never actually went to the Auction room. Would be happy to deal with IAM Sold in the future”

“I was able to sell my mother's house fairly easily. It started very shakily but got there in the end. I always thought auction was a quick option but it still takes a bit of time to drum up interest. I have never done this before so was not sure what to expect”
