“I enjoyed my online TEFL course. It allowed me to keep working until I leave to teach abroad. Customer service always got back to me by the next day at very least, which is great considering they are not in the same country as I am.”

“The course is wonderfully set out. Everything was done in excellence. Great service whenever I needed help and very clearly set out. Absolutely user-friendly. It was a great experience studying the 300 hour course.”

“I just made the payment today,though I 've not gotten the login details. I must say that I am lucky to have Michael Wolfe as my advisor. He has been an exceptional and outstanding person.His customer service has been next to none. I work in a service industry and I can distinguish between bad service and good service. At a point when I didn't want to continue,cos of some issues with my country not being on the list of countries on the drop down and other issues,he stood with me and ensured that all those issues were sorted out in gòod time. I am giving him a 5 Star rating.If I could give him more than a 5 Star,I would!!!! I am looking forward to having an exciting time here.”

“I purchased the level 5 200 hour course. I was very impressed with the lessons in the units as well as the material and sources given. The tutors were extremely helpful and swift in their replies and feedback. The 2 day weekend course was especially informative. Overall great experience with i-to-i.”
