“There are so many courses and you don't really know which one you could trust at the beginning.when I get in touch with i.to.i by a online message they answered my questions straight away with all the information I needed to know to clear all the doubts Ive had and I'm so pleased that I chose i.to.i. They are very professional, helpful and trustful.I have got my 180 hours TEFL Certificate now and i want to thank to everyone works in i.to.i with my best wishes.”

“I had a situation I thought would not be resolved and I would miss out on completing my certification. I spoke with Customer Service Agent Victoria and she was an absolute God send. “Course and academic tutors very good for this company. Course rigorous and academic tutors helpful. I had an uploading issue, part of an assignment failed to upload. Academic tutor asked me to email it to check it. Got back to me quickly.”

“I researched far and wide and settled on the 180 hour course by i-to-i to qualify for TEFL. For me the course was tough and it took a lot of time and hard word to get to grips with everything and pass my assignments. The feedback and support was fantastic and very helpful. Each and every comment received was spot-on and helped me understand the course and content much better. I feel confident and knowledgeable about the content after completing the course. It is well planned, laid out and very professionally presented and covers sufficient content. Each time I phoned for advise, I was promptly assisted. I will highly recommend the TEFL course through i-to-i.”

“Nina paid close attention to me showing interest in the course and made sure that she was there to give up to date information and advice. It may have sincerely taken longer for me to register for the course had she not been a steady voice encouraging me with the process even when it seemed I was stuck; (e.g. payment reflecting in dollars as opposed to the currency of my country).”
