“I'm writing this more for the customer services management than people looking for reviews for i-to-i services. I spoke to a lovely customer service employee named Joseph on 6th of December 2019 at 13:06. He was extremely helpful and clear, knew all the information I asked about and was very friendly. He assessed my situation and recommended products explaining what the benefits would be and seemed to know really well what potential employers would look for. One of the best customer services experiences I've had. Thank you!”

“Purchased one the products offered and after a few days tried to find out about my confirmation email and start of course but was given virtually no assistance and shen I mentioned to the online customer care that I have paid, get no responses after that. I will definitely be warning people to not trust this company”

“i-to-i is TEFL is affordable, highly interactive with its quizzes, in-section questions and practical videos. I found this to be really helpful and useful to motivating me to complete the course and learn the lessons taught in the course. I also appreciated the emails to follow-up on your progress as well as give feedback after one has completed the different sections. Overall, it was an interactive, cool and useful course to engage with especially when doing a TEFL course online. A suggestion would be to have periodic emails of reminders sent out to inform about how many days one has left to complete the course. This would help greatly because it is easy to lose sight of discipline when trying to balance completing an online course while working, studying or completing personal tasks. However, thank you for this insightful and really cool course.”

“The course is extremely well laid out and explained. The price is extremely fair. Additionally the customer service is excellent and makes the experience of the process so much better to experience. They are always ready to help customers out and are extremely polite. I have paid for the 180 hour online course and can not wait to complete it.”

“The course is very well set up and explained. The price itself is extremely fair, especially considering the fact that the course is setup so well Additionally, the customer service provided is really great. The manner in which you are spoken to and given an explanation of proceedings makes the process much better and easier.”

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my 120 hour Level 3 combined TEFL course with classroom practice and have been very impressed with the level of support, quality of teaching and dedicated customer service I have received from the first day. I would highly reccomend this course to anyone looking to start a career in teaching. I am already looking at taking another course!”

“I found the 20 hour practical course really useful and I thought it was taught it in a really engaging way. It was far better than I was expecting to be honest, as I’ve come away from it feeling excited/more confident to teach and it was really great to meet everyone else on the course. Would recommend it for anyone who hasn’t done much or any teaching before. Big thanks to Emily who was running it!”
