“i had a recent inquiry about my new TEFL course though i-to-i, and i had the pleasure of being helped by Gemma. she was timely with her responses, but most of all, she was very kind, and more helpful than i could have hoped! i received what i wanted and more, thanks to Gemma. definitely impressed!!!”

“i-to-i has honestly been amazing since I bought the course in 2020. They are so friendly and helpful. With my course, any questions I had they were there to gladly assist me, even if I phoned 2 / 3 times a day and now that I have finished Jordan has been amazing helping me with my CV and doing it correctly so it grabs the employers attention. So grateful for all the help I have got since doing the course.”

“I completed my TELF Level 5 Diploma with i-to-i last year and decided to try out one of the internships. I had so many questions but Nikki was extremely patient and helpful and answered every question leaving me feeling more at ease each time. Even after signing up, she has still offered guidance and support which gives me peace of mind. I would definitely recommend i-to-i to anyone interested in TEFL. Excellent customer service all round!”
