“I did the 200 combined I-to-I tefl course, i have just completed the 120 hour part of the course and found it helpful and interesting. The mini tests at the end of each module really helped me focus my learning and provide me with feedback.”

“Initially, I was a little apprehensive about doing an online course as I’d not done one before. However, once I actually got started, I found that the lessons were clear, informative and easy enough to understand. Plus, the frequent quizzes were a good way of summarising and refreshing what you had just learnt. The '20-hour Classroom lesson' module was better, in that we got to actually apply what we were learning, meet other TEFLers, as well as sample what it would be like delivering a lesson in front of others. I would maybe consider updating a few of the videos, as even though they are helpful, they seem a little below par. Still, now that my 120 hours is complete, I'm keen to move onto the other modules and learn from/experience those. This is a definite worthwhile investment − not just in terms of money, but your time and effort also.”

“This course, though lengthy is thoroughly worth the hours spent as it delves deeply into what is required in order to teach both online and abroad. From speaking to people who have completed other courses (not i-to-i), I conclude that this course is far more beneficial and in-depth and thus putting me ahead of others.”

“An excellent course for a beginner teacher. Gives a good overview of what to expect. If you've never taught before, I'd suggest doing a course with a practical component, and if you're an experienced teacher, I'd suggest a more challenging, longer course if finances allow. Well presented and easy to follow. I enjoyed this course very much. I'd prefer to get a proper certificate at the end of the course as part of the programme, but these have to be ordered separately and are costly, in my opinion. but all in all, a well set out course.”

“This course does not indicate that they will expire within a certain amount of days. Thus there is no convenience to their courses rather, a large amount of stress as you have to rush hastily through the modules to be able to do the courses assessments. They do have very good information but in terms of getting your certification you are going to be rushed to finish and an extension is so costly you cannot expect this after they clearly indicate you can study at your convenience.”

“I loved every minute of the course. I have been teaching English for more than 25 years and it was wonderful to do like a 'refresher course'. I learnt a great deal especially almost trying to climb into the mind of a non English speaker. It was a very comprehensive course and covered every aspect of the basic 120 hour course. In 2011 I did the 40 hour course just to see if I could manage,but it seemed to be more grammar orientated. I am more interested in the online teaching so this last section didn't really apply to me with the exception of the amazing amount of available resources. i would recommend this course to everyone interested. I am about to embark on the 30 hour online course now. Thanks - it was amazing!”
