“Thanks to the team my problem is sorted 👍 I would however want to make suggestions on your site. There are a couple of things that can be do e to make it more user friendly eg. A save button on the template. Your whole uploading of assignments can be made easier whether its your first or fourt up load. You could also add an export button or a share button. The assignments itself should be able to make extra lines without you having to adjust the margins. The template is really not user friendly and annoying. The font size that is used is unreadable and you have to continually increase it....I just think a company of your statue could improve in some areas when it comes to the technical side:)😃”

“Customer support with Victoria was excellent, and answered all my questions clearly, I wasn't able to complete the course due to covid and being stuck with limited internet access abroad, but it seems I can extend my course later, starting when I pay the extension, when I get somewhere with internet ☺️”

“I found the course relatively easy, only because I have spent the past 12 years in the teaching profession. Nevertheless, by using the word easy, I don't mean that I did not learn anything. In my opinion, the content of the course is excellent. You are given the tools you need to progress, and like all good courses, you have to do some of the digging, regarding further learning, yourself. The course tutors are very knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions quickly. I would also like to say that the assessments are definitely not a pushover, and require working at. I would recommend this course if you are seeking to develop your teaching career, or you want to broaden your horizons in the future.”
