“The course is really insightful; you get to understand what standard of teaching is required of you because the same teaching methods you are learning are being applied on you - you get to see the approaches work first hand. The variety of external resources is also extensive and highly appreciated.”

“I’ve just finished the 320 hour combined course and I thoroughly enjoyed it! All courses were very clear structured, informative and educative. A lot of additional links to sites, videos and articles are given which offer additional valuable insights. Writing the lesson plans and supportive essays was a lot of work, but the practice really helped me to feel more confident. When finishing a course I received useful feedback. The TEFL practical course was quite intensive, but also so much fun and inspiring! I can recommend the courses, either combined or separately, to everyone!”

“It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get into contact with the customer service at I-to-I. I completed my level 5 course, after having to spend even more money because I wanted to LESSEN the amount of hours for my completion. So after I sent more money, the adjustment was made and I was sent a congratulatory email with with several links to click and view the certificate. And guess what? Neither link works with the candidate number they have given me. Turnaround time for a response to an email is at least three days. I try to call and never get an answer. And now I'm guessing that they'll require me to pay even more to have a printed certificate sent because for some reason the pdf won't work.”

Hi Bronson, we're really sorry that you've had problems downloading your certificate on our system. For security you need to put in certain details before you can download it. I can see we have now sent your certificate directly to avoid any further frustration. You should not need a paper certificate as the PDF is official and can be legalized so please get in touch if you have any problems whatsoever. We do our very best to respond to all queries as quickly as we can and within at least 2 working days so I'd like to apologise if you've had to wait longer than that. Best wishes, Jo.

“Just finished my Course assessment and uploaded my lesson plan. This was a really readable, very clear and useful training. Although I new much of the information as a teacher of students with special needs, it was still a good read and not boring. Additional information about higher level skills for teaching teens and adults was really useful. Highly recommended!”

“Very repetitive, the same subject wasn't just explained in detail once - it kept coming up again and again which made the course feel very monotonous and pointless since instead of learning new content, you were just reading the same part every couple of sections. However the mini tests were useful. Maybe include some videos of people explaining stuff rather than just observational clips and a bunch of text at the end.”

“I can highly recommend i-to-i TEFL.. Their service, support and response times have been excellent. I found their consultants to be personal, friendly and very helpful. “This was an interesting course where all the basics are covered. I think it was a beneficial starting point because in practice we will learn so much more too. In general, this course gave me a good grounding that will stand me in good stead to be a great TEFL teacher.”
