“The course is clear, concise and well organized. Everything is explained properly and a lot of real-life examples are showed via videos. The quizzes and questions at the end of every section are a good way to test yourself! But, in my personal opinion, I don't think the basic course is enough. That's why I'm taking some specialized courses before entering the job market. But everyone has to decide that for themselves off course!”

“Overall it is a very good course. A few of the sections I battled with - but put that down to my age (60!). Looking forward to my new career of teaching on line! Never too old to learn.”

“Still working on the final section of the course but so far it is very straight forward easy to understand multiple quizzes to check what you have learned reasonable section tests. a lot of extra reading and help pages to go through.All in all very good!!”

“I went for the combined 200 hours course, just completed the 2 days face to face training on 6th May (in Hong Kong), teacher Alison was very helpful and I have learnt a lot from this. (9 students in our class, 1 of them is working as a part time teacher at Wallstreet English, she needs to get her TEFL in order to switch to a full time role, another Scottish guy is teaching at a local school in Hong Kong as a Native English Teacher, he needs to get this cert to get pay rise) I have completed 70% of my 120 hours online portion, just need to comeplete the final test, lesson plan and essay to finish off everything. Looking forward to get it done by end of this month.”

“The weekend course in Leeds was great I learnt so much and had fun too! Meryl our tutor was amazing and she really made me want to carry on with TEFL and she made sure the lessons were fun and interactive. The only thing I would say is I think it’s really pricey for the certificate to be sent to you and isn’t needed at all. And I do think parts of the online course isn’t particularly challenging and some of the answers are quite obvious. Apart from that I would 100%recommend the course!”
