“This Level 5 diploma has equipped me with necessary skills and techniques needed to become a TEFL teacher. The live classes are well conducted, in-depth and engaging. It also provides an opportunity to watch the lecture at my own time n Live on Demand. I am really enjoying my journey. I specifically appreciate the constructive feedback offered by the tutors. “I came across I-to-I while looking for online English teaching jobs and it is here I found the 2 hour Online Teaching Practice session. I-to-I also guided me to purchasing an online teaching package, this is when Gemma James contacted me by phone. It is at this point my that my doubts and insecurities about finding an online teaching job were allayed. Gemma not only educated me about the benefits of the three packages and guided me to the one that would be more beneficial for me and the route I wanted to go in my teaching, but she answered many other questions I had about teaching English online. An example of her customer service skills is, Gemma willing helped me find information in a previous email I thought I had misplaced. This was above and beyond her duties. Further, Gemma’s sales skills whilst informative and convincing, were not intrusive or over powering. Also, her follow up promises were kept with emails to help me with my job search and continued education. This is not good customer service, this is SUPREME CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Gemma James, for your knowledge, direction and professionalism. Thank you Gemma James. Paula Barbados 🇧🇧”

“I found the course very thorough. It was challenging but easy to follow. Apart from the copious notes and examples there were a huge amount of links to further information, lesson plans and mock exercises. I will never be stuck for something to teach. Within the course there are examples of the 4 skills tests. I did them all and i recommend any course followers to do the same. These are a great insight as to what the students will go through on a test day, but also gives the teacher the strategy of what to teach. This is a well constructed course, backed up by OFQUAL, a UK Government quality assurance agency. This means that the certificate is a document showing a meaningful achievement. An excellent course which has prepared me well for IELTS teaching. I would highly recommend it. Dr. Anthony Johnson”
